Jennifer Lawrence knows Magneto's Plans in 'X-men: Days of Future Past' Deleted Scene

The anticipated Blu-Ray release of X-men: Days of Future Past is right around the corner, and while some may be inclined to wait until next year for the "Rogue Cut", this version is looking packed with extras, too. 20th Century Fox has released a deleted scene from the film that centers on a tense conversation between Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), Charles Xavier (James McAvoy), and Hank McCoy (Nicholas Hoult) in which she warns them of Magneto (Michael Fassbender) and his plans for war. There's also a little bit of romantic tension going on given Mystique's close relationship with both guys, although Hank is too much of a lab geek to do anything.

X-men: Days of Future Past hits Blu-Ray on October 14th.

Gang War Erupts in Deleted Scene from 'The Raid 2'

You already know that I think The Raid 2 is one of the best action movies ever made, so it's weird to have to say now that I'm glad this deleted scene was left out of the final cut. Gareth Evans' amazing sequel has Rama (Iko Uwais) going deep undercover in a crime cartel to root out more corruption. In the process he kicks a lot of ass, but is unable to prevent a gang war between the rival families from breaking out. This scene would seem to be a part of that, but I'm at a loss to figure out where in the film it would fit, especially since none of the principle characters are present.  It's still an exciting clip and shows again why Evans is the most exciting action director working today. Shoot-outs, car chases, fight scenes...he can do pretty much anything.

The Raid 2 opens limited on March 28th, expanding on April 4th.
