New movie poster for Arthur, starring Russell Brand and Greta Gerwig

One of the things that torked me off about the trailer for Arthur was that it basically left Greta Gerwig(No Strings Attached) on the cutting room floor. She is, afterall, playing the woman that Arthur considers throwing away his considerable fortune for, yet she's practically non-existent. Even the movie poster left her out of the equation. I understand she's not nearly the known commodity of Jennifer Garner or Helen Mirren, but Gerwig is a fast rising star and the only reason I have for wanting to see this film. 

Anyway, Warner Brothers appears to be listening to some of the complaints as Ms. Gerwig is heavily featured in this brand new poster for the film.  Sweetness.

It's still a pretty lousy image, and Gerwig looks like her feet are being savaged by Oompa Loompas, but hey it's a start!

Arthur hits theaters on April 8th!
