Bane Speaks.....oddly. Not a reason to freak out, calm down fanboys.

Over the past week some good info has been pouring out of the Pittsburgh set of The Dark Knight Rises. The biggest nuggest thus far has been the youtube video of a scene with Bane addressing the public at a Gotham Knights football game. If you ever wondered why studios freak out so much when things leak all you need to do is look at this clip for example. The one thing people have been saying after viewing the clip is that Bane sounds...well....let's just say not very intimidating. If I'm being honest he sounds like Ronald Regan mixed with some Abe Vigoda.  Sound like it could ruin the movie right? Well, no, not exactly. The reason studios hate leaks is because the average movie goer doesn't know, or rather need to know, the specifics of movie making. Most dialogue of this nature is re-recorded in post production for better quality, it's known as ADR. Simple fact is the microphones used, just like any microphone, don't work as well at a distance. This isn't even to mention the possibility that they will use some kind of effect on the voice in post...I mean, c'mon, have you ever heard the clips of Darth Vader before James Earl Jones provided his voice over?

Long story longer, don't worry...Christopher Nolan is too good at what he does to mess something this simple up. I mean, it's not like he let Christian Bale mess up Batman's voice.......oh......wait..........

Check out the clip below. My expert analysis (by that I mean total guess) is that this scene is our introduction to Bane, and surely our good friend Mr. Wayne will be somewhere in the stands.
