Mortal Kombat: Legacy headed to DVD/Blu-Ray in November

KevinTancharoen's popular Mortal Kombat: Legacy web series will be making it's way to DVD and Blu-Ray on November 18th. The series, which premiered back in April on Machinima.com's YouTube page, is a reimagining of the world presented in the ultra violent fighting game franchise. The whole thing started a year ago with Tancharoen's gritty short film, Mortal Kombat: Rebirth, which presented a real world look at a number of the most popular characters. The Legacy series wrapped up it's first(and possibly only) season on July 24th.  Michael Jai White(Black Dynamite), Jeri Ryan(Star Trek: Voyager), and Darren Shahlavi(Bloodrayne) were amongst the stars.

I watched the first two episodes before finally forgetting about it. Both were actually pretty good, but I have a thing about watching movies or TV shows over a computer. I have a hard time getting into them. But on DVD you can bet I'm going to check it out.
