Let The Dark Knight Rises viral marketing campaign begin!

I don't usually keep tabs on all the viral marketing surrounding some of the more obnoxiously secretive films out there, but this is The Dark Knight Rises we're talking about here, so it deserves a little attention. The campaign begins with the below CIA bulletin released by Wired, which features information on a character named Dr. Leonid Pavel, played by Alon Abutbul. Who is he and what impact will he have on the final Bat-flick?

The second, courtesy of Empire, features a CIA communique which seems to be focused on Dr. Pavel's whereabouts. 

 My guess? Pavel is a doctor involved with the League of Assassins and responsible for the Lazarus Pit which is keeping Ras Al Ghul young.  There ya go.
