Truth: I've never seen any of the Madagascar movies. There's a pretty good chance that I never will, either. What are they about? Talking zoo animals that escape or something? Do they ever get rounded up? On the news when a bunch of man eating animals are running free they usually send folks to tranq the sh*t out of them, or get the guy from Wild Kingdom on the air to talk really emphatically about it.
The teaser trailer for Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted has been released, and it shows what happens when the rampant zoo crew find themselves stranded in Monte Carlo, winding up as part of a traveling circus touring through Europe. Eric Darnell is back to direct, as he has with all of the Madagascar movies so far. Somebody must love 'em, because the two previous ones have grossed over $1.1B worldwide...
Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted will open on June 8th 2012. Hope you and your kids enjoy it.
