Ok, deep breath, folks. With The Dark Knight Rises now in theaters, we can mostly close the book on big summer tentpoles and start eying the future. One of the movies I'm looking forward to most in 2013 is The Company You Keep, a political thriller from the always opinionated Robert Redford.
We haven't seen or heard much from the film in months as shooting was under way, but now that it's completed we're getting the first three official images. Redford directs and stars along with Shia LaBeouf and Brit Marling, in a story that follows a civil rights lawyer who must go on the run when an ambitious reporter outs him as a former member of the Weather Underground. Susan Sarandon, Brendan Gleeson, Julie Christie, Richard Jenkins, Terrence Howard, Anna Kendrick, Nick Nolte, Stanley Tucci, and Chris Cooper make up a formidable ensemble. If that wasn't good enough, the script was adapted by Lem Dobbs, best known for writing both Dark City and The Limey. Check please.
No official release date yet, but we should see the film hit theaters next spring. Check out the photos below...[Collider]
