Peeta and Thor are ready for war in the new 'Red Dawn' poster

"Wolverines!!!!!" Believe it or not, it's been twenty-eight years since C. Thomas Howell and a bunch of other Brat Packers first shouted their famous catchphrase in Red Dawn. God I'm old. Since that time, the juiced up patriotic flick has become something of a cult fave, probably more memorable than good. But it's recognizable enough that MGM began putting together a remake, which shot in 2009 and has been resting comfortably on the shelf ever since. Now with the film about to be released, and the emergence of some recent photos and clips, a new poster has also been released.

Really capturing the "America!! Fuck yeah!!" attitude of the film, the poster features a young Chris Hemsworth, Adrianne Palicki, Josh Hutcherson, Isabel Lucas, and Josh Peck all loaded for bear in front of an American flag.  Thor and Peeta going to war against those evil North Koreans(formerly the Chinese)? Oh hell yeah. Actually, this is probably going to be really awful, no matter how many franchise stars they put in it.

The Red Dawn trailer debuts tomorrow, with the film set to open on November 21st.
