Victor Crowley is back in 1st photos from 'Hatchet 3'

You either love or you hate Adam Green's first two Hatchet movies,  I'm not sure there's any middle ground, to be honest. Some see them as throwbacks to old school slasher flicks, with a memorable villain in the "Bayou Butcher" Victor Crowley. Or if you're like me you see them as derivative and not as clever as some seem to think. Either way, it has more than its share of fans who are excited for Hatchet 3, and now the first photos have been revealed.

The handful of images show that Crowley(Kane Hodder) and his trusty hatchet are still on the prowl, but hunted by a S.W.A.T. team that will probably regret their chosen profession. The film picks up where the Hatchet 2 left off, with Marybeth Dunston(Danielle Harris) seeking revenge for the deaths of her friends and family.

Adam Green wrote the script and will exec-produce, with series cameraman BJ McDonnell taking over as director. Hatchet 3 doesn't have a firm release date but it expected early next year. Check out the rest of the images below....
