Preview teaser for 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' trailer debuting at MTV Movie Awards

MTV has become very adept at using the promise of highly-anticipated movie trailers to lure in those who normally wouldn't watch their annual movie awards. This year is no different, and they've released a preview tease for the premiere of the first trailer for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, which will air during the April 14th broadcast hosted by Rebel Wilson.

In the sequel to last year's hit film, Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) are on a Victory Tour throughout Panem, further infuriating President Snow (Donald Sutherland). In hopes of stomping out the seeds of rebellion, he mounts the 75th Hunger Games, known as the Quarter Quell, and places the two lovers in a deathly battle against past champions.

Directed by Francis Lawrence, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire opens on November 22nd.
