) is one of my favorite directors working today, and no it doesn't have anything to do with having a chance to speak to the man in person. So whenever he lines up a new project, count me as interested. Next up for him appears to be a biopic on Morris Abraham Cohen, better known as Two-Gun Cohen, a Jewish adventurer and soldier who became the aide-de-camp to Chinese imperial leader, Sun Yat-Sen in the 1920s. Rob Reiner and Alan Griesman are producing, based on a script by relative newcomer, Matt Brown. Thanks to THR for that info. * It's only been a few weeks since Gerard Butler signed on to Playing the Field, a dreadful sounding rom-com which sees him as a former soccer pro trying to make up for lost time with his kid by coaching his team. So he's a soccer dad, which runs him afoul of hot soccer moms played by Uma Thurman and Jessica Biel. But since Butler can't just get hit on by chicks the entire movie, Dennis Quaid has joined the film as a rival soccer coach. This sounds like Kicking and Screaming
a little bit. Not a good thing at all. Gabriel Muccino(Seven Pounds
