Vince Vaughn joins Ben Stiller in Neighborhood Watch

Vince Vaughn and Ben Stiller have teamed up to great success a number of times before, most notably in Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, and in Starsky and Hutch. Even when just making cameo appearances together, like in Zoolander or Anchorman, the two equal box office gold. Now they're set to do it once again, as Vaughn has entered talks to star opposite Stiller in the sci-fi comedy, Neighborhood Watch.

At once planned as a Will Ferrell film, Stiller entered negotiations just last month. Fox has had the film in the works for some time, but recently the project has picked up steam. Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen wrote the most recent version of the script, with Akiva Schaffer(Hot Rod) directing.

The story centers around a neighborhood watch group that's really just an excuse for the men to hang out away from their families.  But when they discover a plot to destroy the world, they realize they're in over their heads.  [THR]
