Lindy Booth to play Night Bitch in 'Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall'

If you thought there were a lot of showy characters in Kick-Ass, then you ain't seen nothin' yet. With the addition of the Justice League-esque team known as Justice Forever into the mix, Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall is going to be bigger and ruder than before. Over the last week we've seen a number of new faces joining the cast, with the additions of Morris Chestnut, Donald Faison, John Lequizamo, Robert Emms, and possibly Jim Carrey.

Now an actress I fell head over heels for years ago is coming aboard, as THR reports that Lindy Booth will be taking on the role of Night Bitch. She's another costumed member of Justice Forever who was inspired by Kick-Ass's actions, and turned to crime-fighting after discovering the body of her sister in a dumpster. Booth first caught my eye in Zack Snyder's Dawn of the Dead, but she was at her best in the teen slasher flick, Cry_Wolf, which just so happens to have been helmed by Kick-Ass 2 director, Jeff Wadlow.

As for Carrey, THR doesn't seem to think it's going to work out, which is a pretty big disappointment. Hopefully they can land someone of equal stature for the role of Colonel Stars. Kick-Ass 2 is slated to open next year on June 28th.
