Pretty soon people are going to stop confusing Michael B. Jordan with his NBA Hall of Fame namesake. After a year that saw him appear in Red Tails for George Lucas, followed up by the smash hit Chronicle, Jordan's momentum continues as he's set to join Zac Efron and Imogen Poots in Are We Officially Dating?
Written and directed by Tom Gormican, the film stars Efron as one of three NYC buddies who make a pact to remain single, only to find love short thereafter. Jordan's role is still unclear, but presumably he'd play one of the central guys, possibly the one who has an ex-wife played by True Blood's Deborah Ann Woll. Poots' role also has not been revealed yet.
Jordan will be seen next in Fruitvale opposite Octavia Spencer.[Deadline]
