Every pop culture reference in Quentin Tarantino's movies
There are a handful of writers out there in Hollywood who are easily recognizable by their dialogue. David Mamet, Joss Whedon, Diablo Cody, just to name a few. But certainly at the top of that list is Quentin Tarantino, who through his twenty year career has found a way to seamlessly blend references to comic books, movies, and television all over the place, even in films where they wouldn't appear to make much sense.
The dudes over at CollegeHumor, who apparently have scads of time on their hands, have put together every single pop culture reference Tarantino has used in his movies, in chronological order. "I got one there, too, Zatoichi!" God I love Death Proof, even if nobody else does. Anyway, check it out below. It's pretty cool.
