President Snow looks creepy in his 'Catching Fire' victory portrait

If you thought President Coriolanus Snow (Donald Sutherland) was menacing in The Hunger Games, wait until he starts getting proactive in the sequel. With his rule over Panem threatened by a building rebellion thanks to Katniss and Peeta's open defiance in the 74th Hunger Games, he's going to personally begin making a lot of lives miserable. The first part of his plan involves the 75th Hunger Games, known as the Quarter Quell, which throws the two young lovers back into the fight against a number of past victors.

The 11th Victory Portrait for the Catching Fire has been released, and it features the regal presence of President Snow. I thought he'd have a throne or something rather than the same ol' chair, but he still looks like a guy who is definitely running things.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire hits theaters on November 22nd.
