Sofia Vergara Trades Her Cannons for Whips in New 'Machete Kills' Poster

As we saw in an earlier poster and in the incredibly bonkers trailer for Robert Rodriguez's Machete Kills, Sofia Vergara's cannons are....well, actual cannons that she's not afraid to fire at will. It was a striking image, to be sure, but a little too risque for multiplexes. So now we have a new one-sheet with less boob weaponry, although with those whips she's wielding it can hardly be considered tame.

Vergara plays Madame Desdemona, one of the many sexy ladies Mexican ex-Federale Machete (Danny Trejo) encounters on his latest mission, hired by the President of the United States to take down an eccentric arms dealer and a maniacal revolutionary with plans of starting a world war.

Also starring Michelle Rodriguez, Amber Heard, Carlos Estevez, Lady Gaga, Antonio Banderas, Jessica Alba, Demián Bichir, Alexa Vega, Vanessa Hudgens, Cuba Gooding, Jr., William Sadler, Marko Zaror and Mel Gibson, Machete Kills slashes its way into theaters on September 13th.
