When Wolverine thinks you may be walking into a trap, it's probably a good idea to pay attention. Yesterday we got our first look at the intense action in The Wolverine as Logan battled atop a speeding bullet train, and now in today's footage he pops some claw when he, Yukio, and Mariko come under attack at a funeral. We know James Mangold plans on exploring the inner struggle Wolverine faces keeping his animal instincts in check, but so far we've been treated to non-stop adamantium action and it's been pretty awesome. Let's hope the movie can live up to the promise of these first couple of clips.
The Wolverine stars Hugh Jackman, Will Yun Lee, Hiroyuki Sanada, Brian Tee, Rila Fukushima, Svetlana Khodchenkova, and Tao Okamoto, and opens on July 26th.
