Escape Reality in the Trailer for Sundance Drama, 'Princess'

The Sundance Film Festival is only a couple of weeks away, and while there I'm generally looking for a couple of things: movies that tackle difficult subjects with style; and stars making either making their  first  big impression or venturing into new fields. One film that could encompass all of these things is World Cinema Dramatic entry Princess, directed by Tali Shalom Ezer and starring Keren Mor, Shira Haas, Ori Pfeffer, and Adar Zohar Hanetz. The film charts the complicated relationship between a 12-year-old girl and her stepfather while her mother away, and if you think "complicated" means risque then you're guessing right. Here's the official synopsis, followed by the new trailer...

While her mother is away from home, 12-year-old Adar's role-playing games with her stepfather move into dangerous territory. Seeking an escape, Adar finds Alan, an ethereal boy that accompanies her on a dark journey between reality and fantasy.
