Deal of the Week: More Than 70% Off Joss Whedon TV Shows

Chances are if you're a loyal Whedonite, you already have Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Firefly on your Blu-Ray shelf, just like I do. But if by some chance you don't, or are a recent convert to the wit and wisdom of Joss Whedon thanks to The Avengers, this is a good time to start building a collection. This week's Blu-Ray deal has Whedon's Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Firefly, and Dollhouse available at a HUGE discount.

You can get the complete series of Buffy the Vampire Slayer for $63.99, that's 68% off the retail price.

Every season of Angel is available for $56.99, 59% off the suggested price.

Firefly: The Complete Series can be yours for only $12.99, or 74% off. Or you can get it on Blu-Ray for $18.49, 79% off the regular price.

And you can get 79% off Dollhouse: Season One on Blu-Ray for only $14.99. It's also available on DVD for $11.99.

Blu-Ray and DVD Deals: Up to 70% off everything Joss Whedon

Amazon is showing Joss Whedon some serious love this week, and now sort of seems like the perfect time, doesn't it? His indie Much Ado About Nothing has received nothing short of fantastic reviews out of SXSW, so why not remind people of the many other projects featuring his unique voice?

The deal this week encompasses pretty much everything he did on the TV side of things. You can get the complete series of Firefly  on Blu-Ray for only $18.49, so there's absolutely no reason not to own it. You can get both seasons of Dollhouse on Blu-Ray for less than $35, which is half the cost of buying the complete set. The awesome Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie with Kristy Swanson is only $8.99 on Blu-Ray.  But the real steal may be getting the complete series of Buffy the Vampire Slayer for only $64.99, a whopping 68% off. The discount on Angel is just as good, 60% off for a low price of $55.99. If I didn't already own them I'd buy them all right now.
