Joey King reveals her role in 'The Dark Knight Rises'

Uh oh. Somebody better get young Joey King to an undisclosed location quick, because Christopher Nolan and the suits at Warner Brothers may be hunting her down as we speak.  The Ramona & Beezus star's role in The Dark Knight Rises has been the focus of a lot of speculation over the last few months. Many thought she'd somehow be tied to the character played by Marion Cotillard, with the actress playing Talia Al Ghul, and King a younger version of the villainess. This was backed up last month when the mother of a child actress who turned down a role in the Batflick revealed she was to play Talia.

Even with all the evidence, nothing was official until now, when King let slip to My Entertainment World exactly what her part in the long awaited superhero flick would be. If you don't want to be spoiled, take the break as an opportunity to back down now....
King: I play young Talia al Ghul. I can’t give too much away because I promised Mr. Nolan I wouldn’t say anything. There are too many secrets about the character and the movie.

Um, so if you promised not to say anything....why did you say something? This all but confirms that Cotillard's Miranda Tate character will be Talia Al Ghul in disguise. She is the daughter of Ra's Al Ghul, the villain played by Liam Neeson in Batman Begins.
