Review: Angelina Jolie's WWII Drama 'Unbroken' starring Jack O'Connell

Louis Zamperini had the kind of extraordinary life Hollywood craves telling. Especially during this time of year his "triumph of the human spirit" would surely draw the attention of Academy voters and we've heard the drumbeat for both rising star Jack O'Connell and celebrity director Angelina Jolie long before the film hits theaters. Zamperini's story, one that sees him excel in the sports arena and on the field of battle, has all of the ingredients to be uplift and inspire. But that's all they are; ingredients.  Put together in a handsome, jumbled and overlong package, Unbroken looks great but fails to have the impact Zamperini's feats deserve.

Based on Laura Hillenbrand's best-selling novel, Unbroken is almost too respectful of its subject. He's surely deserving, but by trying to cram in multiple phases of his pre-athletic life to his Olympic triumphs to his combat exploits, and finally to his time as a POW, there's simply too much going on to  hold together. Also consider that the narrative, most recently penned by the Coen Brothers, bounces around chronologically with his athletic prowess as the emotional touchstone. Whatever encouragements and lessons he learned giving him the strength to endure later hardships. "If you can take it, you can make it."  Functionally it works; you can't help but admire Zamperini but we aren't given enough to separate his story from numerous other movies about the survivors of POW camps.

The film opens with a blistering mid-air sequence in which Zamperini and his B52 bomber team endure enemy gunfire while on an all-important run. As the bomb doors jam and the crew is torn apart by bullets, we see his split second decision-making, courage, and fearlessness all in one stunning act of bravery. This is a long stretch from the petty criminal he was as a youth before discovering he was just a little bit faster than everyone else. Running helped turn Zamperini's life around, becoming a well-respected man who raced for America in the 1936 Olympics. There would have been more races if it weren't for WWII getting in the way. When their bomber is shot down over the ocean, Zamperini, pilot Russell Phillips (Domhnall Gleeson), and another spend a starving, sunbaked 47 days floating in a dingy. Let's just say it's not as exciting as Life of Pi or as gripping as All is Lost.  You keep hoping for a CGI tiger to pop up and just eat them already.

Their ordeal, and ours, takes a more sadistic turn when the survivors are captured by the Japanese and placed in a prison camp run by a brutal guard nicknamed "The Bird" (Japanese pop star Miyavi). He takes a special kind of pleasure in torturing the Olympian, beating him just for looking in his general direction. Then he beats him some more for not looking. The Bird is like the grown-up version of the kid who enjoyed pulling legs off of bugs. The beatings get worse, and Zamperini bravely endures them while fulfilling his patriotic duty. When given the chance to publicly denounce the United States he refuses. He only begins to waver when the punishments start affecting the other men. Even then he remains "unbroken", but we've long since endured enough of Zamperini's suffering to throw in the towel ten times over.

Jolie's sophomore effort is a marvel of technical efficiency. Much like her impressive directorial debut, In the Land of Blood and Honey, she shows a sure hand for the broad dramatic sweep of war but struggles with the more intimate moments. Maybe there were too many hands involved on the screenplay but clunky script does her and O'Connell no favors. O'Connell's strangely muted performance doesn't live up to the aggressive promise he showed in Starred Up and '71, and one can't help but think he was miscast in the role. There's something about these specific kinds of movies that just haven't clicked lately. Remember last year's The Railway Man?  The problem lies in idolizing the subject; rounding off any rough edges to present the most heroic, cleanest version possible. Unbroken is still an admirable crowd-pleasing film but Zamperini's story is worthy of so much more than that.

The Rules have Changed in the First 'Terminator Genisys' Trailer

There's a good reason why fans haven't exactly been eager for Terminator Genisys, a sequel/reboot of James Cameron's sci-fi franchise. The last film, the McG-directed Terminator Salvation, was largely killed by the audience it was targeting, to the point where even Cameron wanted nothing to do with it.  The bigger problem is the confusing plot, which seems to be an homage, a reimagining, a sequel; who the heck knows? Now that the first trailer has been unveiled some of the questions are beginning to be answered, but certainly some new ones need to be asked.

Directed by Alan Taylor (Thor: The Dark World), the film brings back Arnold Schwarzenegger as the T-800, and if his age should be a concern...well, the wonky time travel stuff should take care of it. Starring Emilia Clarke as Sarah Connor, Jason Clarke as her son John Connor, and Jai Courtney as Kyle Reese, the film flips the tables on some aspects, such as Sarah's "Come with me if you want to live", while keeping some aspects firmly in place. We see Reese sent back in time by John Connor, only to discover the version of 1984 he was expecting has been seriously altered.  From what little we know of the plot, Sarah was orphaned as a child and raised by the Terminator, who she refers to as "Pops". There's also a liquid metal Terminator chasing them down who looks somewhat like Robert Patrick, but not quite.

Exciting, yes, but will it be enough to satisfy the Terminator die-hards? Terminator Genisys opens July 1st 2015.

Will Smith, Tom Hardy, and More Confirmed for 'Suicide Squad'; Oprah Winfrey (!!!) Sought for Role

Marvel may have done a great job of creating new stars (how many of you REALLY cared about Chris Evans before Captain America?), but Warner Bros. is hoping to go the more established route. Suicide Squad doesn't have the same name recognition as DC's top brands like Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, so we've seen them shoot for the moon in casting, and now it all appears to have paid off.

Will Smith, Tom Hardy, Jared Leto, Jai Courtney, Margot Robbie, and Cara Delevingne are officially set to star in the villain film, which David Ayer (Fury) will direct. For Hardy this will be a return to the DC Universe after playing Bane in The Dark Knight Rises, only this time he'll be taking on the role of Rick Flagg. Smith is set to play Deadshot, Leto is confirmed as the Joker with Robbie as his gal Harley Quinn, while Delevingne is the Enchantress and Courtney is Boomerang. Pretty cool lineup, and it gives Smith a chance to play an actual comic book character after starring as a washed-up superhero in Hancock.

There's more, though, as Variety adds that Viola Davis, her The Help and Get On Up co-star Octavia Spencer, and Oprah Winfrey (!!!!!!) sought to take on the role of Amanda Waller. Waller, aka "The Wall" is the tough-as-nails head of the government organization that uses supervillains as expendable assets on suicide missions. Angela Bassett portrayed her in the Green Lantern film, but who cares about that when Oprah!?!? As you might have guessed, Oprah is the studio's top pick.

Suicide Squad is set to open on August 5th 2016.  Let the fan art begin.

Two Clips from Russell Crowe's Directorial Debut, 'The Water Diviner'

Russell Crowe has been dabbling in filmmaking for awhile, but next month his native Australia will have a chance to check out his directorial debut, The Water Diviner. The rest of us will have to wait until next year to see if Crowe can make a similar leap as fellow A-lister Angelina Jolie, or if he should stay in front of the camera.

The first two clips from The Water Diviner have been released, which has Crowe pulling double duty as the star. Set in 1919 after the Battle of Gallipoli, Crowe plays a father who travels to Turkey to locate his missing sons, declared missing in action. The first clip mostly centers on a mustachioed Jai Courtney as a soldier aiding in the search, while the second clip shows a daring rescue from a terrible dust storm.

Also starring Olga Kurylenko, The Water Diviner opens April 24th 2015.

Jai Courtney Takes Aim at Deadshot Role in 'Suicide Squad'

If the sudden rise to fame of Aussie actor Jai Courtney seems familiar, that may be because it looks an awful lot like Sam Worthington 2.0. He's a big, tough guy with a certain look that makes him perfect for roles in A Good Day to Die Hard, Jack Reacher, and Terminator Genisys, while also making him somebody studios would look towards for any number of superhero movies. With Warner Bros. gearing up their "Dirty Dozen with supervillains" flick Suicide Squad, Courtney has emerged at the top of their list for a key role.

Variety reports Courtney is in talks for Suicide Squad, likely playing Floyd Lawton aka Deadshot.  David Ayer (Fury) is directing and will rewrite the script centering on the team of anti-heroes forced by the government to take dangerous black ops missions they aren't expected to return from. Jared Leto is said to be up for the role of Joker, with Margot Robbie set to play his lunatic girlfriend, Harley Quinn. Will Smith and Tom Hardy are also in negotiations, with Smith possibly playing the scheming Digger Harkness aka Captain Boomerang. There's also a chance Jesse Eisenberg could reprise his Lex Luthor role from Batman v Superman.

So if Courtney agrees he'll be in impressive company once again. He's come a long way in a short time since Spartacus: Blood and Sand, and the choices he's making should him in the spotlight for a long time to come. Suicide Squad opens August 5th 2016.

It's Hell on Wheels in the First Images from 'Terminator: Genisys'

Has the totally relaunched, all-new Terminator: Genisys been flying under the radar a little bit? Absolutely it has. Despite the franchise's 30-year history and status as a sci-fi classic, there simply hasn't been much excitement for what next year's film will bring. But maybe that will change now that EW has provided our first looks at the cast, along with dropping some brain-twisting plot details that we hadn't heard until today.

The magazine's twin covers offer a look at Emilia Clarke as Sarah Connor and Jai Courtney as Kyle Reese, both sporting a Harley Davidson like the classic Terminator was so fond of; the other features Jason Clarke as Sarah's son and future hero John Connor, and former Doctor Who star Matt Smith. No sign of Arnold Schwarzenegger's T-800 just yet, but based on the newly-revealed plot he and the other characters won't be as we remember them.

The beginning of Terminator: Genisys, the first of three planned films that Paramount hopes will relaunch the beloved sci-fi franchise, is set in 2029, when the Future War is raging and a group of human rebels has the evil artificial-intelligence system Skynet on the ropes. John Connor (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes’ Jason Clarke) is the leader of the resistance, and Kyle Reese (Divergent‘s Jai Courtney) is his loyal soldier, raised in the ruins of post apocalyptic California. As in the original film, Connor sends Reese back to 1984 to save Connor’s mother, Sarah (Game of Thrones‘ Emilia Clarke), from a Terminator programmed to kill her so that she won’t ever give birth to John. But what Reese finds on the other side is nothing like he expected.

Okay, that sounds familiar, but that's about where the similarities end...

Sarah Connor isn’t the innocent she was when Linda Hamilton first sported feathered hair and acid-washed jeans in the role. Nor is she Hamilton’s steely zero body-fat warrior in 1991’s T2. Rather, the mother of humanity’s messiah was orphaned by a Terminator at age 9. Since then, she’s been raised by (brace yourself) Schwarzenegger’s Terminator—an older T-800 she calls “Pops”—who is programmed to guard rather than to kill. As a result, Sarah is a highly trained antisocial recluse who’s great with a sniper rifle but not so skilled at the nuances of human emotion.

Crazy, and a good way to give these Terminator films a voice all their own.  Hopefully a trailer is right around the corner. Directed by Alan Taylor, Terminator: Genisys opens July 1st 2015.

First Trailer for Russell Crowe's Directorial Debut, 'The Water Diviner'

As we've seen with Angelina Jolie of late, the transition from actor to director is smoother for some than others. When you've had a chance to work with many of the top filmmakers in Hollywood, picking up a few pointers is natural, and Russell Crowe must have been soaking it up like a sponge. He's directed a couple of smaller projects, mostly documentaries, but last year we learned he'd be making his feature debut with The Water Diviner, and the impressive first trailer has arrived for it.

Crowe stars as an Australian farmer with a gift for finding water, who travels to Turkey to locate his three missing sons four years after the Battle of Gallipoli. A strong supporting cast of Olga Kurylenko, Jai Courtney, Yilman Erdogan, and Cem Yilmaz co-star, but the attention will be on how Crowe handles himself behind the camera. He seems to have a firm grasp on the story's historical sweep, although there are stretches where it looks a little dry.

The Water Diviner opens December 26th in Australia but does not have a U.S. date yet.

New Trailer for 'Felony' Written by and Starring Joel Edgerton

Joel Edgerton is proving to be quite a force behind the camera as part of the production collective at Blue-Tongue Films, made up fellow Aussies David Michod (Animal Kingdom), Nash Edgerton, Spencer Susser (Hesher), and Kieran Darcy-Smith (Wish You Were Here). The latest film from the group sees Edgerton starring in Felony, a crime film which he penned the screenplay for Matthew Saville (Noise) to direct.

A new international trailer for the film has been released and it looks like a gritty, if somewhat familiar cop movie about loyalty and responsibility. Edgerton is joined by Tom Wilkinson, Melissa George, and Jai Courtney in a rare dramatic turn, with the story centering on three detectives dealing with the aftermath of a terrible accident that has left a child near death.  While Edgerton and Wilkinson seem to be as solid as ever, the real surprise may be Courtney who has rarely been given an opportunity outside of action franchises.

Felony has yet to gain a release date but should arrive later this year. Edgerton most recently co-wrote the script to David Michod's The Rover, in theaters now.

Jai Courtney is Kyle Reese in 'Terminator: Genesis'

With all of the principle cast already locked for Terminator: Genesis, the only major role left to be filled was that of Kyle Reese. After a lengthy search, the final two contenders were reportedly Jai Courtney (A Good Day to Die Hard) and Boyd Holbrook, with neither seeming to have a clear edge. But now it looks like it will be Courtney going back in time to save the future or something.

Variety reports that Courtney has won the role, joining Emilia Clarke as Sarah Connor, Jason Clarke as her son John Connor, and the returning Arnold Schwarzenegger presumably as the killer robot from the future...although there have been rumors that say otherwise. Alan Taylor (Thor: The Dark World) is directing what is to be a brand new, standalone trilogy with a tie-in TV component.

Terminator: Genesis opens July 1st 2015.

Jai Courtney and Boyd Holbrook Finalists for Kyle Reese in 'Terminator: Genesis'

Production on Terminator: Genesis should be kicking off soon, and with most of the principle cast in place the only role left to be filled is that of Kyle Reese, originally played by Michael Biehn in the 1984 original. According to Deadline and Borys Kit of THR, the final two contenders vying for the part are Jai Courtney and Boyd Holbrook.

A decision will have to be made soon because of the ambitious plan being put in place. Alan Taylor (Thor: The Dark World) is directing what's expected to be the first of a new trilogy that must be wrapped up by 2019 when the Terminator rights revert to James Cameron. There's also a TV series that will bridge the movies and tie-in to Cameron's universe, so this is a complex structure they're working with that includes a lot of moving parts. Whoever wins the role will join Emila Clarke as Sarah Connor, Jason Clarke as her son and future hero John Connor, and Arnold Schwarzenegger presumably back as the cyborg T-800.

Of the two, Courtney is the more natural action star having appeared in Spartacus: Blood and Sand, Jack Reacher, and A Good Day to Die Hard. But it may be Holbrook who is the more believable romantic lead, and since Reese is the father of Connor's son that's what will matter most in the end.

Terminator: Genesis opens July 1st 2015.

Jai Courtney Could Be Kyle Reese in 'Terminator: Genesis'

The Terminator rights revert back to James Cameron in 2019, so before then we're going to get hit with a reboot trilogy and a possible tie-in TV series. The only one guaranteed to return for Terminator: Genesis is Arnold Schwarzenegger as the iconic killer machine, while Emilia Clarke is set for a young Sarah Connor and Jason Clarke is an older version of her son, John Connor. But the Kyle Reese role is still open, and a handful of new contenders are now in the mix for it.

We'd heard the names Garrett Hedlund and Nicholas Hoult rumored to play Reese, but the high-profile actors didn't even want to read for it. So now producers have to turned actors most people wouldn't be able to pick out of a police line-up. Wilson Bethel (Generation Kill), Boyd Holbrook (The Host), Tom Cocquerel, and Sam Reid (Anonymous) are the least recognizable, but Jai Courtney (A Good Day to Die Hard, Jack Reacher) is quickly making a name for himself.  This would be a big jump in profile for any of them, taking on the part made famous by Michael Biehn in the 1984 original.

No plot details have been revealed but a look at the age gap between the two Clarkes tells us a time travel element has to factor in somewhere. Terminator: Genesis opens July 1st 2015. [Variety]

New Full Trailer and Poster for 'Divergent' Starring Shailene Woodley

As it stands right now there is only one champion lording over the YA adaptation realm, and that's The Hunger Games, which has the sequel Catching Fire arriving next week. Many contenders have come and gone, including Beautiful Creatures, The Host, and The Mortal Instruments, but the one some believe has the best chance of making some noise is Divergent, based on the extremely popular novels by Veronica Roth. The two series share more than just similar dystopian tones, they both feature strong female lead characters thrust into battles neither wants. Can Divergent appeal to more than just the novels' hardcore fanbase when so many other attempts have failed?

A new, fuller trailer for the film has been released and it gives us a much richer look at what director Neil Burger has in store. Shailene Woodley stars as Beatris "Tris" Prior, a girl in a future version of Chicago where humanity has been divided into ideological factions. Tris is a powerful "divergent", and doesn't fit into any category, thus making her extremely dangerous. The footage finally moves beyond Tris' training and into the meat of the plot, which has Kate Winslet as Jeanine Matthews, the film's primary villain who wants to destroy all divergents.

Visually there's no doubt the film has the goods, but what do fans of the books think? Be sure to let us know your thoughts. Divergent stars Theo James, Maggie Q, Mekhi Phifer, Jai Courtney, Zoe Kravitz, Miles Teller, and opens March 21st 2014.

Jai Courtney Joins Russell Crowe's 'The Water Diviner' and Angelina Jolie's 'Unbroken'

This weekend on the Starz Network they'll begin re-airing Spartacus: Blood and Sand, one of my favorite shows of the last few years. While all of us who enjoyed it felt the sting of losing star Andy Whitfield so young into his budding career, it's also been great to see his co-star Jai Courtney break out into becoming a sought-after star on the big screen. After starring with Bruce Willis in A Good Day to Die Hard and Tom Cruise in Jack Reacher, Courtney has now joined the upcoming directorial projects by Angelina Jolie and Russell Crowe. So yep, he's definitely in high demand.

First up, Courtney will take part in Jolie's WWII drama, Unbroken, about former Olympian Louis Zamperini (Jack O'Connell), who survived a crash landing and being stranded at sea, only to endure terrible torture at a Japanese POW camp. He'll play Hugh ‘Cup’ Cuppernell, a fighter pilot who fought alongside Zamperini. Unbroken is slated to open on Christmas 2014.

From there he'll move into Russell Crowe's feature directing debut, The Water Diviner, which has him starring as a father who travels to Turkey to recover the bodies of his sons after the war in Gallipoli. Olga Kurylenko co-stars, and Courtney will play a "smart, efficient soldier tasked with organizing the effort to identify the tens of thousands of soldiers killed" in the fighting.

Courtney will be seen next in the YA adaptation, Divergent, opposite Shailene Woodley. [Deadline]

First Trailer and Infographic for 'Divergent' with Shailene Woodley and Kate Winslet

After watching Beautiful Creatures, The Host, and now this weekend's The Mortal Instruments fail to capture even a fraction of Twilight and The Hunger Games' audience, how worried must Summit Entertainment be about Divergent? The novels by Veronica Roth certainly have their fans, but as we've seen that doesn't necessarily translate into box office success, especially as more of these adaptations flood the market. So what does Divergent have that those others don't? Judging by the first trailer it's really tough to say.

What it does have going for it is the imminently likable Shailene Woodley, who play Beatrice "Tris" Prior, a girl in a future society when humanity has been divided into five ideological factions. Tris is what's known as a "divergent", meaning she doesn't fit anywhere, and a plot emerges that could have dire consequences for others just like her. A lot of this footage was presented at Comic-Con, but what's new are the glimpses at Kate Winslet, making a very rare move into blockbuster territory. Winslet may be the key to luring in others not as familiar with the novels, because there's little here in this teaser that stands out. We do get glimpses at some of the darker, violent aspects, but in general it's clear that a younger audiences was the target this time. For those who find everything just a little too confusing, Summit was nice enough to release a handy infographic that should clear it all up.

Directed by Neil Burger and co-starring Theo James, Miles Teller, Maggie Q, Zoe Kravitz, Jai Courtney, Ashley Judd, Mekhi Phifer, Ray Stevenson, and Ansel Elgort, Divergent hits theaters in IMAX on March 21st 2014.

Jai Courtney joins 'Divergent' with Shailene Woodley

The career of Jai Courtney has been a fast-moving locomotive over the last few months, coming a long way from a co-starring role in Spartacus: Blood and Sand. He's already starred opposite Tom Cruise and Bruce Willis in a pair of franchise films, and now he's just landed another one, joining Shailene Woodley in the YA adaptation, Divergent.

Based on the first book in Veronica Roth's series, the story is set in a future version of America where society has been divided into five ideological factions: Candor (the honest), Abnegation (the selfless), Dauntless (the brave), Amity (the peaceful), and Erudite (the intelligent). Woodley plays Beatrice "Tris" Prior, who at the age of 16 must make a decision which could shift the balance of power forever. Courtney will play Eric, the leader of the Dauntless faction.

Co-starring Kate Winslet, Ansel Elgort, Maggie Q, and Zoe Kravitz with Neil Burger directing, Divergent hits theaters on March 21st 2014.

Bruce Willis takes on a helicopter in new 'A Good Day to Die Hard' clip

Just as I'm flying out the door to see A Good Day to Die Hard for myself, a new clip has emerged which...well, I probably should have ignored. We all know the plot by now, right? Bruce Willis is back as John McClane, with Jai Courtney as his son Jack, who discover that trouble has managed to find them even in Russia. The latest clip has the duo facing down a helicopter firing enough bullets to make Blue Thunder jealous. Really? Remember when John McClane wasn't friggin' Superman?

A Good Day to Die Hard opens on Valentine's Day, because of counter-programming or something. Check out the clip below....

New clip and runtime for 'A Good Day to Die Hard'

Bruce Willis isn't the only thing about about the Die Hard franchise that appears to have shrunk a few shirt sizes over the years. The runtime has eclipsed two hours for each of the prior films, but it appears screenwriter Skip Woods has slimmed down things a lot for A Good Day to Die Hard, as it will clock in at a brisk 97 minutes, which only means the awful "culture clash" jokes will come that much faster.

That's probably a good thing, because the whole John and Jack McClane in Moscow bit will probably get old really quickly. Bruce Willis teams up with Jai Courtney to play the father and son duo, who will attempt to stop Russian terrorists from doing something really nasty. The newly released clip shows that the McClane's remain as cool under pressure as ever, and the bad guys as dumb as ever.

A Good Day to Die Hard opens in IMAX on February 13th.

New trailer for 'A Good Day to Die Hard' with Bruce Willis and Jai Courtney

"You know what I hate about you Americans? Everything. Especially cowboys". The Die Hard franchise has been wearing thin for years, and had seemingly run its final course with the pointless PG-13 rated Live Free or Die Hard. Bruce Willis isn't willing to let his signature series, or iconic beleaguered cop John McClane go quietly into that good night. Instead he's taking him international to square off with a bunch of Russian goons in A Good Day to Die Hard.

A new trailer for the film has been issued, and it's a mix new footage with much of the same bad jokes and boring explosions set to opera music that we saw before. We already know what Willis brings to the table, but the biggest question mark is Jai Courtney as his son, Jack McClane. He turned up in Jack Reacher as the right-hand man to Werner Herzog's villain, and acclimated himself well. This may serve as more of a launching pad for him as a future action star.

A Good Day to Die Hard opens on Valentine's Day, so why not make it a date?

Jai Courtney joins Joel Edgerton's crime thriller, 'Felony'

I was a big fan of Jai Courtney on Spartacus: Blood and Sand, but since it was a show that didn't really lend itself to many breakout stars, it seemed like he would quietly go away once his role on the show was over. That hasn't turned out to be the case, and instead he's found himself starring opposite two of Hollywood's biggest stars in a pair of major franchises. He'll play Bruce Willis' son in next year's A Good Day Day to Die Hard, and later this year he'll appear opposite Tom Cruise in Jack Reacher.

Continuing his hot streak, Courtney has joined the cast of Felony, the upcoming crime thriller produced, written, and starring Joel Edgerton(Warrior). Tom Wilkinson co-stars in the film which follows a decorated police officer who has a few drinks and runs a bystander off the road, then lies about it to cover his tracks. Courtney will play the newbie cop who suspects Edgerton is covering something up.

Matthew Saville(Noise) will be directing when production begins next month. [Deadline]

New teaser trailer for 'A Good Day to Die Hard'

"The 007 of Plainfield, NJ". Oh yeah, this is what many were hoping the trailer for A Good Day to Die Hard would be. After the lackluster and unexciting Live Free or Die Hard, the teaser for the fifth film in the Bruce Willis series promises nothing more than fun and big action on an international scale.

Directed by John Moore, who appears to have improved greatly since Max Payne, trouble-magnet John McClane is now in Moscow with his hot-headed son, Jack(Jai Courtney), and getting mixed up in some sort of evil plot involving bad guys presumably of Russian origin. The use of "Ode to Joy" is a smart way to remind people of the humor prevalent in those old Die Hard flicks. Here's hoping the rest of the marketing push sticks to this formula rather than getting bogged down in the details. This is Die Hard, we already know what we should be getting.

A Good Day to Die Hard opens on February 14th....
